The Ultraline Flat Rope Reel (formerly Quickline) makes stern-tying quick and easy! The reel comes in four sizes and includes two rail mounting kits and an ingenious reel/winch handle. Made of 316L stainless steel, the Ultraline Flat Rope Reel provides a compact system to stow line for instant accessibility, whether used for anchor line, stern tying, dinghy towing, jacklines, or whenever extra line is needed quickly. 

• High-Polished 316L Stainless Steel Housing: The 316L stainless steel casing does not rotate; the line rotates inside the hub and does not interfere with nearby equipment.
• Mounting Bolts: Housing bolts are also incorporated into the mounting system for rail and deck-mounted installations.
• Rope Guides: Scale indicates the approximate amount of lines in use. 
• Hole Guides: Assist the flat rope in drying quickly.
• Multi-Functional Winch Handle: The 316L multifunction handle fits a standard winch handle socket and includes three keys for opening deck fittings and a shackle buster.
• Twin Rollers: Teflon rollers and stainless-steel guides squeeze excess water from a flat rope while leading it into the reel.

Flat Floating Dyneema® Rope: Flat ropes are UV resistant; they will run through 1″ sheaves and, when folded, can fit into the jaws of a self-tailing winch. The flat rope is easily belayed to a standard deck cleat.

The Ultraline Flat Rope Reel is easily mounted and comes in four sizes and two colors of Dyneema® in lengths of 130', 200', 260' and 330'. A winching handle and two mounting hardware options (Quick Release mount for 1-inch to 1-1/2-inch rails and a 3-point surround mount for larger rails or other surfaces) are included as standard. And for those concerned about potential chafe on the reel's Dyneema ® line when used for shore tying, also included with each purchase is an additional 10-foot length of flat Dyneema® line and a unique hook for securing to shore (see images for examples).
